Megan Mills, MAI has more than 15 years experience in real estate including work with acquisition by major pension fund advisors and private business. Ms. Mills began her appraisal career in 1985, employed by several major financial institutions prior to working in the private sector. In 1991 she established Mills & Associates, a full service appraisal and consultation company in Sonoma, CA. Since then, Ms. Mills has expanded services to provide audits for FIRREA conformance to financial institutions and a specialization on special use properties. Appraisal audits are performed by Ms. Mills for residential and commercial properties throughout the United States.

National real estate appraisal and consultation firm. Appraised income producing properties in the Northern California area. Appraisals were primarily full narrative reports considering all three approaches to value. Properties included apartments, retail and shopping centers, office buildings, commercial properties, industrial/R&D properties and land valuations. Analyses were for both existing and proposed properties.

Produced commercial appraisals for properties throughout Northern California. Appraisals were form-style and modified narrative appraisals analyzing all three approaches to value. Much of this work emphasized feasibility analyses, cash flow analyses and rent loss adjustments. Produced in-depth appraisals for construction loans for residential and commercial projects.
Field reviewed contracted fee appraisals for all types of commercial properties, both proposed and existing. All reviews included extensive analysis of all three approaches to value, additional information as necessary for property analysis and final adjustment to value when needed.
